The Best School Supplies For College Students
Although the majority of schools are now transitioning to fully-digital curriculums, I will always be a stationery lover at heart. School supplies such as pens, notebooks, highlighters, sticky-notes… they all make me swoon. I’m also a very visual learner, and handwriting my own notes tends to be the best method of studying for me. It doesn’t matter how much technology a class uses because you’ll always catch me with a pen and notebook in hand.
I believe I’ve curated the perfect pencil case over the past few years, and I wanted to share with you the school supplies that you can find me using 99% of the time:

Pens, Markers + Highlighters
Bic Atlantis Exact Fine Pen
https://amzn.to/2Rrc1ym | These pens have been my absolute favorite since high school. I prefer writing in a finer point because my handwriting tends to be smaller and skinnier. Every time I try to switch to a different pen or forget to bring one of these, I instantly regret it.
Pigma Micron 08 0.5mm
https://amzn.to/2BZKcrI | Micron pens are great to use for bullet journaling. This one is my go-to for creating lines, templates, and doodling in my bullet journal because the ink is dark and won’t smudge.
Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen
https://amzn.to/2RvOX1A | If you see any sort of hand-lettering in my notes or bullet journal, I can guarantee it was done by this guy. This brush pen is perfect for beginners because the brush itself is small and firm enough where you won’t make as many mistakes.
Uni-Ball Signo White Gel Pen
https://amzn.to/2E0aOeE | A white pen is definitely not a necessary school supply, but it is fun to have if you’re planning on getting a little creative. I use this pen mostly with black sticky notes or paper in my bullet journal to add a bit of contrast to a page. It’s also great as make-shift white-out when you make small mistakes.
Uni Propus Window Highlighters
https://amzn.to/2E4sUwe | These highlighters are
Notebooks + Paper
Leuchtturm 1917 Medium Hardcover Notebook (Dotted Pages)
https://amzn.to/2RpTVgl | This is what I’m currently using for my bullet journal and I’m in love. The Leuchtturm is a classic choice for bullet journalers because of the dotted pages and durable hardcover. Plus, it comes in a variety of colors so there’s an option for everyone!
Mead Five Star Subject Notebook (College Ruled)
These notebooks are always included in my school supplies haul. I have literally been using them since middle school and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. I love them because of the bright paper and light lines, as well as their ability to take a beating from constantly going in and out of my backpack.

Post-it Notes and Flags
My obsession with sticky notes had grown over the past couple of months. I think it’s due mostly to my increased desire for reading, in which I mark important info or passages that I like in books with a little post-it flag. They’re also super convenient to write down the million of fleeting thoughts in my brain and stick to whatever I’m currently working on.
I think it is important to mention that one of my main school supplies is my laptop as the

Black Hairstyles
I have seen plenty of useful items on your web page about personal computers. However, I’ve the view that laptops are still not quite powerful enough to be a sensible choice if you frequently do projects that require plenty of power, for example video enhancing. But for internet surfing, microsoft word processing, and majority of other typical computer work they are okay, provided you never mind the small screen size. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
